7.00pm onwards: free time – meditation and sleep recommended.

*Free time in the middle of the day can be used to practise what you have been learning, meditate, go out sightseeing, work on your laptop, rest and recuperate or any number of other activities. We recommend a sensible mixture of these activities with a view to enjoying your stay but not exhausting yourself.

Wednesdays and Saturdays are rest and recuperation days or can be used for excursions (there are many very interesting trips to be made from Pai and we can help you arrange a program). Needless to say, Tuesday and Friday nights are ideal for going into town.
